Cuts of fabric cannot be returned. Once they are cut from the bolt the fabric is considered a personalised order. To avoid any disappointment, we advise double-checking the items in your cart before checking out.
However, if the order is damaged or defective it can be returned within 14 days of the due date and a full refund will be issued or an exchange will be sent to the customer’s address. Proof of purchase will be necessary. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Sewing patterns and patchwork kits are non-returnable.
