We want to give something back to all of our lovely loyal customers so we have set up our very own Rewards Club! You can collect points every time you buy fabric from our online shop, which you can then convert into coupons to spend on even more yummy fabrics for your stash!
HOW TO MANAGE YOUR REWARDS CLUB POINTS
Create a Store Account
To keep track of your Rewards Club points you need a store account. At the top of our website click on the Profile icon. If you already have an account you can sign in. If you don't you can make one by clicking 'Create Account'.
Using the Rewards Club Menu
To manage your Rewards Club points please visit the Rewards Club menu by clicking on the Present icon in the bottom right corner.
If you're not already signed in, the Rewards Club menu will prompt you to in order to access your Rewards Club points.
*TOP TIP*
When you place an order, make sure to use the same store account every time so that your points add up quickly.
HOW TO COLLECT REWARDS CLUB POINTS
Sign In to Your Account
Once you have created an account we will credit you 200 points. If you already have an account you will see we have already added 200 points for you by clicking on the Rewards Club menu.
Make an Order
For every £1 you spend online you will earn 1 point. This is a nice and easy conversion so you can keep track of how many Rewards Club points you have collected.
Celebrate Your Birthday
As a little treat you get 100 points on your birthday! Woop woop!
To let us know when your birthday is you will need to click on the Rewards Club menu and update your details under 'Ways To Earn'. You need to have filled this in at least 1 month before your birthday to collect the points.
Tell Your Friends
If you love the fabrics we sell and you share our website with your friends you can collect 500 points!
All you need to do is click on the ‘Refer Your Friends’ button and we will give you a personalised link to send to your friends. This will also give them a 10% off voucher on their first order, and when they use it, you get another 500 points!
*TOP TIP*
You can collect 500 points for every successful referral – and there’s literally no limit on how many friends you can refer!
Follow Us on Social Media
Like our Facebook page and collect 50 points. Follow us on Instagram and collect another 50 points. For the 100 points to be applied you must click on the 'Like' and 'Follow' buttons in the Rewards Club menu.
HOW TO SPEND REWARDS CLUB POINTS
Convert Points Into Coupons
Keep collecting points and you can convert them into coupons to spend online. Every 100 points is equivalent to £1. You will need a minimum of 500 points to redeem a coupon.
You can redeem your coupons from the Rewards Club menu under 'Ways To Redeem'.
The choice of coupon are:
500 points = £5 coupon
1000 points = £10 coupon
2500 points = £25 coupon
When you click 'Redeem' you will be emailed a unique coupon code that you can use on your next order. You need to enter the coupon code in 'Your Cart' before checking out. Once entered, the value will be deducted from your order total.
REWARDS CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Shipping Is Exempt
Rewards Club points do not apply to postage costs. You will not earn points when paying for postage and you cannot use coupons to pay for postage.
Self Referrals
Self referrals are when users send themselves referral links to another email address/store account that they have. Self referrals are strictly forbidden so anyone caught self referring will lose their points and will be removed from the Rewards Club.
